On Thursday all the year 3 from room 13 and room 15 and room 14 went to the museum. We went There because we are learning about fossil and dinosaurs.

We all were in groups and fist room 14 went to learn about fossil. And dinosaurs and they were so cool and so interesting. My teacher put us in group and my group that had a tooth and a harnand the group that had some poo and hope said oow.

I loved my day because in Mr Blakey group was saw  the stuff that were was in our song.

Today room 14 went to assembly in the hall to do a performance, song and dance to there's one in the brush when we went to on stage the whole school was in the audience and I was nervous and shy because it was the whole school.

I was feeling nervous and very shy and scared to do it. We learnt the song because we are learning about dinosaurs. When I was moving I was shy because I was happy.

It felt so so fun and so so cool when we went on the stage and I was so nervous and shy and on the stage I feet scared.

Being a pilot

Being a scientist

Scientist work hard to solve interesting problems that most of us never understand. Scientist work hard because they are brainy and super smart. I do want to be a scientist.

I love the rain because it makes my face feel smoothe,I love it because it helps me to want to sing in the rain.

A ratcatcher  job is to catch as many rats as they can in one day.

The rat spread disease to the people and they will kill people.

Some people catch rat to kill them.

there are two different ways the ratcatcher  use to kill the rat. They can use small dogs and a gun to shoot the rat. A ratcatcher shoot rat so they can bury the rat.

In the cook lslands we can climb the coconut tree.we need the coconut to sell in the market. And I would like to visit the cook lslands because they have beautiful beaches.they are beautiful and good at singing lovely songs.and nice and clear water.

Teachers

There are many qualities a good teacher needs to have to help children leam. Teacher need to be kind and the teacher are helpful because if they were unkind the children wouldn't like to come to school. It is not easy being a teacher.

our playground

the whole school uses our playground its on the bottom field and it near the kindergarten. The playground is also by the house.

There are lots of things that we can play on the playground. I like

Smartest giant in town

Today I lisn to the smartest giant in town this is the giant the giant is he is wereing some clothes and they are old clothes and she went to go to get some new clothes.

Kiwi fruit

• The kiwi fruit look brown and it like a football. The kiwi also look bumps and squishy and sweet and it like a bumpy ball.

• The kiwi fruit feel soft and hard and squishy and bumpy and  it look like and it look delicious . 

• The kiwi fruit look sour and look sugar and sweet and it is my favourite fruit  is kiwi fruit is delicious.

Feijoas

The feijoas look green and fat. The feijoas are soft. The feijoas smell nice and yummy. The feijoas taste delicious and sweet.

Kazoo maker

On Monday in Mr.Blakey's class we made kazoos. We used scissors, Sellotape, colourful paper, two little rubber bands and a big one. First we cut the colourful paper out. Then we got the Popsicle sticks and we wrapped them around the sticks with the Sellotape. Next we pulled out one of the Popsicle sticks carefully. After that we stretched the big rubberband around the stick which was a little bit tricky. Then we put on the other Popsicle stick and wrapped twrubberbands around it. Finally we got to blow it. It sounded weird but it was amazing.

Picnic

On Friday 27th March it was the day picnic the first thing I done is i went down to the Beach to play with the caly  it was squished and hard after that I play on the park and we play tag and the.

Hokulea landing

Yesterday in the beautiful morning we went to the point england beach and we saw the Waka boat and we sang to them and we saw the sparkling water and at the end of the songs we had a waiata .

Yesterday we pretended to make our own wakas boat. Then we all got in to our pretend boat and we saw New Zealand and when we got there we all got out and we met new people and it was cool.
